select the destination country: United States, Canada, or International.
If International is chosen, select a country from the drop-down box.
-Second, select your connection type: High Speed or Dial-Up. NOTE: The Online Digital Directory is only available to High Speed internet users. -Third, you must select a Delivery Date and input the Zip Code where the order is to be delivered. This information is required to proceed to the next step. |
